Return Policy

Purchased goods will not be accepted for return, unless agreed upon in advance, and then only at 70% of the purchase value (to cover administrative and handling costs).

Materials must be returned in their original packaging and without any damage. Materials that have been used, modified, or transformed by the customer will never be accepted for return.

Naturae cannot be held responsible for calculation errors in the preparation of a quotation.
